The portfolio page is your central hub for managing all of your investment properties. By default, properties are displayed in a list view showing key details at a glance — address, property type, current value, rental income, and loan balance.
You can sort the list by any column and quickly scan across your entire portfolio. Each row links through to the full property detail page where you can dive deeper into financials, rate history, and documents.
Prefer a more visual overview? Switch to the card layout to see each property displayed as a card with its street view image, address, and key financial metrics. The card layout is especially useful when you have a smaller portfolio and want a quick visual snapshot.
Toggle between list and card views using the layout switcher at the top of the portfolio page. Your preference is remembered for future visits.
At the top of the portfolio page, you'll find a portfolio summary section displaying aggregated metrics across all your properties:
These metrics update automatically as you add or edit properties, giving you an always-current view of your portfolio's performance.
