Refund Policy

Subscription Refunds
- The Free plan has no payment — no refund is applicable.
- Paid tiers (Plus and Ultra) are billed monthly via Stripe.
- You can cancel your subscription at any time. No refund is issued for the current billing period, but you retain full access until the period ends.
- No partial-month refunds are provided for mid-cycle cancellations.
- If PropZy fails to provide the service for an extended period (greater than 48 hours of continuous downtime), you may request a pro-rata refund for the affected period.
How to Request a Refund
You can request a refund through either of the following channels:
- Via the in-app Support page (submit a support ticket)
- Via email to admin@propzy.com.au
Refund requests are processed within 14 business days.
Australian Consumer Law Rights
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
- If the service has a major failure, you are entitled to cancel your subscription and receive a refund.
- If the service has a minor failure, PropZy will fix the issue within a reasonable time.
Chargebacks
If you dispute a charge with your bank or credit card provider, PropZy may suspend your account pending resolution of the dispute. We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback so we can resolve the issue promptly.
