Upload and manage property documents — contracts, inspection reports, insurance policies, and more.
PropZy lets you attach documents to each property in your portfolio. To upload a document, navigate to the property detail page and open the documents tab.
Select the file you'd like to upload and add an optional description to help you identify it later. Documents are stored securely and are only accessible to you (or your organisation admin if you're part of an organisation).
You can upload a variety of common document formats:
Each file has a size limit to ensure fast uploads and downloads. If you need to store larger files, consider splitting them into smaller documents or compressing them before uploading.
All documents for a property are listed on the documents tab of the property detail page. Each document shows its filename, description, upload date, and file size.

Keeping your documents organised makes it easier to find what you need at tax time or when reviewing your property's history. Consider uploading key documents like the contract of sale, building and pest inspection reports, insurance policies, and depreciation schedules.
