Subscription Terms
PropZy offers three subscription tiers. All features, including AI, are available on every plan — the only difference is the number of properties you can manage:
- Free — $0/month. 1 property. All features and AI included.
- Plus — $5.50 per month (inc. GST). Up to 3 properties. All features and AI included.
- Ultra — $8.80 per month (inc. GST). Up to 20 properties. All features and AI included.
All paid subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe. Billing begins immediately when you upgrade from the Free plan to a paid tier. There is no trial period — new users start on the Free plan with full access to all features.
You may upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from the Subscription page in the app. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period. If you downgrade to a tier with a lower property limit, you will need to archive excess properties before the change takes effect. Archived properties are retained for 90 days and can be restored if you upgrade again within that window.
Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time via the Billing page in the app.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have full access until that date. After cancellation, your account reverts to the Free plan (1 property).
Properties exceeding the Free plan limit will need to be archived. Archived properties are retained for 90 days before permanent deletion. Your account and non-archived data are preserved indefinitely on the Free plan.
Organisation Accounts
PropZy supports organisation accounts where an org admin manages billing and access for multiple clients. The following terms apply to clients managed under an organisation account.
Client Deactivation by Org Admin
An organisation admin has the right to deactivate any client from their organisation at any time. When a client is deactivated:
- The client remains on the platform with their current subscription tier until the end of the organisation's current billing period (the "grace period").
- For organisations without external billing, the grace period is 30 days from the date of deactivation.
- The org admin may reverse the deactivation at any time before the grace period ends.
Post-Detachment Billing Window
At the end of the grace period, the client is detached from the organisation. After detachment, the client has 7 days to set up their own standalone billing to continue using PropZy. During this 7-day window, the client retains access to their existing subscription tier.
Permanent Account Deletion
If a detached client does not set up standalone billing within the 7-day post-detachment window, their account will be permanently deleted. This deletion is irreversible and includes the removal of all user data, including:
- All property records and portfolio data
- Expense records and financial data
- Uploaded documents and receipts
- Account credentials and login access
Clients will receive email notifications at each stage of the deactivation process, including at the time of deactivation, upon detachment from the organisation, 3 days before account deletion, and upon final deletion.
Intellectual Property
- PROPZY PTY LTD (ACN 697 418 134) owns all rights to the software, design, branding, and content of the platform.
- Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal portfolio management purposes.
- Users retain full ownership of their own data, including property records, financial data, and uploaded documents.
- By using the platform, you grant PropZy a licence to store and process your data solely for the purpose of providing the service.
- You may not reverse engineer, scrape, or redistribute any part of the PropZy platform or its content.
Acceptable Use
- Each person may hold only one PropZy account.
- Automated access, bots, and scraping are prohibited.
- You must not upload malicious, harmful, or illegal content to the platform.
- PropZy reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.
WhatsApp Integration
PropZy offers a WhatsApp integration that allows you to interact with the Riyun portfolio assistant via WhatsApp messaging. By linking your WhatsApp phone number, you agree to the following:
- Messages sent via WhatsApp are processed by AI and may be stored temporarily (up to 30 days) for conversation context.
- AI responses are generated automatically and may contain errors. PropZy does not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated content.
- A rate limit of 30 messages per hour applies. Exceeding this limit will temporarily block further messages.
- Write operations (adding expenses, logging rate changes) requested via WhatsApp are applied to your portfolio in the same way as actions taken in the web app.
- You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of information you provide via WhatsApp messages.
- WhatsApp messaging is subject to Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform Terms of Service in addition to these terms.
- You may unlink your WhatsApp number at any time from Settings, which immediately stops all WhatsApp processing.
Smart Email Inbox
PropZy's Smart Email Inbox allows you to forward property documents for automatic AI-powered processing. By using this feature, you agree to the following:
- You are responsible for only forwarding emails that relate to your own property portfolio.
- AI extraction may produce errors. You should review draft expenses and documents before confirming them.
- Auto-confirmed expenses (from whitelisted senders or matched recurring expenses) are applied automatically. You are responsible for managing your sender whitelist.
- Forwarded emails are temporarily processed via AWS US infrastructure. Raw emails are deleted after 7 days.
- PropZy is not responsible for emails forwarded in error or emails containing sensitive information unrelated to property management.
- You may regenerate your inbound email address at any time to invalidate the previous address.
Limitation of Liability
- PropZy is a property portfolio management tool and does not provide financial, investment, tax, or legal advice.
- PropZy makes no guarantee regarding the accuracy of user-entered data or any calculations derived from it.
- PropZy is not liable for any investment decisions you make based on information displayed in the platform.
- The service is provided on an "as is" basis. PropZy makes reasonable efforts to maintain uptime but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms or your use of the platform are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
