The main difference between plans is the number of properties you can track:
If you downgrade to a plan with a lower property limit, your existing properties are preserved but you won't be able to add new ones until you're within the limit. See Downgrading Your Plan for details.
AI features are included on all plans, from Free to Ultra. This includes the chat assistant, portfolio health analysis, AI property evaluations, and narrative summaries.
