Add a property to your portfolio in under 2 minutes. PropZy walks you through address, property details, loan, rental income, and recurring expenses.

You can also add properties via the AI chat — just say "Add a property at 10 Smith St, Sydney" and Riyun will guide you through it.
Start by typing the address into the search field. PropZy uses an address lookup service that provides auto-suggestions as you type, helping you find the correct Australian address quickly.
Select the matching address from the dropdown to auto-fill the full address details. If your address doesn't appear in the suggestions, you can enter it manually.
PropZy checks for duplicate addresses — if you try to add a property that already exists in your portfolio, you'll see a warning.
After entering the address, fill in the core property details:
These details are used to calculate key metrics like capital growth and equity across your portfolio.
If the property has a mortgage, enter the loan information:
Principal and interest loans reduce your balance over time. Monthly repayments are calculated using the standard amortisation formula. Your equity grows as the balance decreases.
Loan details feed into your equity calculations and cash flow analysis. You can update the interest rate at any time — PropZy tracks rate history automatically.
Enter your current weekly rent. PropZy uses this to calculate:
If your rent changes, update it on the property detail page. PropZy creates a rate history entry so you can track rent movements over time.
Optionally, add recurring expenses during property creation:
Choose from the dropdown of common property expense categories.
Enter the dollar amount and select monthly, quarterly, or yearly frequency.
Choose when this expense starts. PropZy will track it from this date forward.
You can always add more expenses later from the property detail page.
Once you save, PropZy:
Your property is immediately visible to the AI assistant. You can ask Riyun questions about it right away.
