Yes. All PropZy data is stored in AWS Sydney (ap-southeast-2), encrypted at rest and in transit. We do not sell or share your data.

Yes. You can request account deletion from the Settings page. This permanently removes your account and all associated data.

The Deal Score is a composite 0–100 rating that synthesises your key investment metrics (Cash-on-Cash Return, Cap Rate, Gross Yield, 1% Rule, Net Yield) into a single at-a-glance indicator. It uses your configured thresholds to normalise each metric and applies a weighted average. Scores are labelled Poor (0–30), Fair (31–50), Good (51–70), Strong (71–85), or Excellent (86–100).

Yes. The Property Evaluator includes a Comparison Mode that lets you evaluate two deals simultaneously. Load a saved evaluation into the comparison slot and see delta indicators showing which property wins on each metric, plus a bar chart comparing 10-year total returns. Comparison mode is available on desktop and tablet.

Yes. On the Personal Budgeting page, click "Import" to upload files. PropZy supports Smart Import — upload CSV, Excel, PDF, PNG, or JPG files and the system automatically determines the best parsing approach. For structured spreadsheets, a guided wizard walks you through column mapping. For PDFs, images, or unstructured files, AI extracts budget categories automatically. You can upload multiple documents at once to consolidate expenses from different sources.

Yes. PropZy supports tracking properties held under different ownership structures including Individual, Trust, SMSF (Self-Managed Super Fund), Company, and Joint ownership. When adding or editing a property, select the ownership type in the Financials section and enter the relevant entity details. This feature is available on all subscription tiers at no extra cost.

Yes. Riyun and all AI features are entity-aware. When your property is held in a trust, SMSF, or company, the AI applies the correct tax rules — for example, SMSF properties are taxed at 15% in accumulation phase, trust income is distributed to beneficiaries, and company losses are trapped. Tax summaries, strategy recommendations, and loan reviews all account for your ownership structure automatically.

Yes. The PropZy blog has an Atom feed available at propzy.com.au/public/blog-feed.xml. You can subscribe via any feed reader to get notified of new posts automatically.

PropZy provides Suburb Insights for every property in your portfolio — including typical sale prices, weekly rents, gross yields, monthly sales and rental volumes, and historical price/rent/yield trend charts going back to 2022. You also get an AI-generated market summary and the current RBA cash rate on your dashboard. Market data is powered by HtAG Analytics and refreshed monthly.

Yes. Riyun includes personal budgeting tools that let you check your budget status, view spending insights by category, and track savings goal progress — all through natural language conversation on both web chat and WhatsApp. Just ask something like "How much have I spent this month?" or "Am I on track with my savings goal?"

Tell Riyun about your expense in plain language — for example, "I spent $45 on lunch today" or "Add a $120 electricity bill." Riyun will confirm the amount, category, and date before saving it. You can also specify recurring expenses and Riyun will track them automatically.

Riyun supports 10 personal budget categories: Groceries, Transport, Utilities, Entertainment, Dining, Health, Shopping, Education, Subscriptions, and Other. When you add an expense without specifying a category, Riyun infers the most likely one from your description and asks you to confirm.
