Move to a lower-tier plan while keeping your existing data intact.
If you'd like to move to a lower-tier plan, you can downgrade at any time from within the PropZy app:
Navigate to Settings → Subscription.
Select the plan you'd like to switch to (Plus or Free).
Review the impact summary showing how your property limit will change.
Confirm the downgrade.
Your downgrade takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Until then, you'll continue to have access to all features of your current plan.
Each plan has a property limit — Free allows 1 property, Plus allows 3, and Ultra allows up to 20. If you're downgrading to a plan with a lower property limit and you currently have more properties than the new plan allows:
Any data you've created (expenses, documents, evaluations) is preserved. If you upgrade again later, your data will still be there.
