When you log in to PropZy, you land on the main dashboard. This is your portfolio at a glance — a summary of your total property value, equity position, rental yield, and recent activity across all your investment properties.
The dashboard updates automatically as you add properties, record expenses, and update loan details. It's designed to give you a quick snapshot without needing to dig into individual properties.
PropZy uses a sidebar navigation on desktop and a bottom navigation bar on mobile. The main sections are always accessible from the navigation:
The Portfolio section is where you manage your investment properties. View them as cards or on an interactive map, drill into individual property details, and use the property evaluator to assess potential purchases.
