Subscription Model

PropZy uses a monthly subscription model to give you flexible access to property portfolio management tools. You can start for free, upgrade when you're ready, and change or cancel your plan at any time.

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. You can manage your payment methods, view invoices, and update billing details via the Stripe Portal.

Available Plans

PropZy offers three subscription tiers designed to suit different stages of your property investment journey:

• Free — 1 property with full access to all features including AI.
• Plus — manage up to 3 properties. All features included.
• Ultra — manage up to 20 properties. All features included.
