How to leave an organisation and what happens to your data.

How to Leave

If you no longer want to be a client of an organisation in PropZy, you can leave at any time:

Leaving is immediate — once confirmed, the organisation relationship is ended and the organisation loses access to your data.

Impact on Data Visibility

When you leave an organisation, the following happens immediately:

• The organisation can no longer view your portfolio data
• The organisation can no longer view your budget data
• All property-level visibility settings for that organisation are cleared
• The organisation admin sees your status change to deactivated in their client list

Your Account Continues

Leaving an organisation does not affect your personal PropZy account in any way:

• All of your properties, expenses, and documents remain intact
• Your subscription plan is unaffected
• Your account settings and preferences are unchanged
• You can continue using PropZy exactly as before

The only change is that the organisation relationship is removed. If your subscription was managed through the organisation's billing, you may need to set up your own subscription — see Billing & Subscriptions for details.

Rejoining an Organisation

If you leave an organisation and later want to rejoin, the organisation admin will need to send you a new invitation. Your previous visibility settings won't be restored automatically — you'll configure them fresh when you accept the new invitation.
