Manage your payment methods, view invoices, and update billing details through Stripe's secure self-service portal.
PropZy uses Stripe to handle all payment processing. The Stripe customer portal is a secure, self-service interface where you can manage your billing details without leaving the PropZy experience.
You can access the Stripe portal from Settings → Subscription in the PropZy app. You'll be redirected to Stripe's hosted portal and returned to PropZy when you're finished.
From the Stripe portal you can:
If a payment fails due to an expired or declined card, you'll receive a notification prompting you to update your details. Updating your payment method in the Stripe portal resolves the issue and your subscription continues uninterrupted.
The Stripe portal provides a complete history of your invoices. For each invoice you can:
Invoices are generated at the start of each billing cycle and reflect your current plan and any prorated adjustments from mid-cycle changes.
The Stripe portal is hosted entirely by Stripe and uses bank-level encryption to protect your payment information. PropZy never stores your full card details — all sensitive payment data is managed by Stripe's PCI-compliant infrastructure.
