Chat with Riyun directly from WhatsApp — ask portfolio questions, add expenses, and log rate changes on the go.
The WhatsApp Agent lets you chat with Riyun, PropZy's portfolio intelligence agent, directly from WhatsApp. Ask questions about your portfolio, add expenses, log rate changes, and get AI-powered insights — all without opening the PropZy app.
Riyun on WhatsApp has access to the same tools as the in-app Chat Assistant, so you can do everything from portfolio queries to write operations like adding expenses or logging interest rate changes.
Go to Settings → Integrations → WhatsApp in the PropZy app.
Enter your phone number in E.164 format (e.g., +61412345678).
Tap Link WhatsApp to connect your number.
Your phone number must include the country code with a + prefix. For Australian numbers, this means +61 followed by your number without the leading zero. For example, 0412 345 678 becomes +61412345678.
Once your phone number is linked, send a message to the PropZy WhatsApp number to start chatting with Riyun. You can find the number on the WhatsApp integration section of your Settings page.
Simply send any message — for example, "How is my portfolio doing?" — and Riyun will respond with data-driven insights sourced from your actual properties.
Riyun on WhatsApp supports the full range of agent tools available in the in-app chat:
All write operations (adding expenses, logging rate changes) require your confirmation before executing, just like in the app.
Riyun remembers your last 5 messages for context within a WhatsApp conversation. This means you can ask follow-up questions without repeating yourself — for example, ask about a property and then say "what about its expenses?" and Riyun will know which property you mean.
Conversation history is stored for up to 30 days and then automatically deleted.
To ensure fair usage, WhatsApp messages are limited to 30 messages per hour per user. If you reach the limit, Riyun will let you know and you can try again in a few minutes.
This limit applies to inbound messages only — Riyun's responses do not count against it.
A QR code is available on the WhatsApp integration section of your Settings page. Scan it with your phone camera to open a WhatsApp conversation with the PropZy number directly — no need to save the number to your contacts first.
You can unlink your WhatsApp number at any time from Settings → Integrations → WhatsApp. Tap Unlink to remove your phone number from PropZy. This immediately stops all WhatsApp message processing for your account.
If you message the PropZy WhatsApp number after unlinking, you'll receive instructions on how to re-link your account.
