Permanently remove your PropZy account and all associated data.

How to Delete Your Account

If you'd like to permanently delete your PropZy account, you can do so from the app settings:

Go to Settings → Account.

Scroll to the bottom and select Delete Account.

Read the warning about what will be permanently removed.

Confirm the deletion by typing your email address when prompted.

Account deletion is processed immediately. You'll be signed out and will no longer be able to access your account.

Permanent and irreversible

Account deletion cannot be undone. The following data is permanently removed:

Before deleting your account, keep the following in mind:

Active subscription — if you have an active paid subscription, cancel it first from the Cancellation page. Deleting your account does not automatically issue a refund.
Organisation membership — if you're a client of an organisation, deleting your account will remove you from the organisation. Consider leaving the organisation first if you want to notify your admin.
No recovery — once deleted, your account cannot be recovered. If you change your mind, you'll need to create a new account from scratch.

If you just want to stop paying, consider downgrading to the Free plan instead. Your data will be preserved and you can upgrade again later.
