Terms Acceptance

Understand the mandatory terms acceptance process and what happens when terms are updated.

Accepting the Terms of Service

When you first sign in to PropZy, you'll be asked to review and accept the current terms of service. This is a mandatory step — you won't be able to use the app until you've accepted the terms.

The terms acceptance screen appears as a modal overlay that presents the full terms of service. Once you've reviewed them, select Accept to continue into the app.

When Terms Are Updated

From time to time, PropZy may update its terms of service. When this happens:

• The next time you sign in, you'll be prompted to review and accept the updated terms.
• The acceptance modal will appear again, blocking access to the app until you accept.
• Your previous acceptance is recorded — PropZy tracks which version of the terms you accepted and when.

What's Recorded

When you accept the terms, PropZy records:

• The version of the terms you accepted.
• The date and time of your acceptance.

This information is stored securely in your account settings and is used to determine whether you need to re-accept when terms are updated.
