Control exactly what data your organisation can see — you're always in charge.
When you're a client of an organisation in PropZy, the organisation's administrators can view certain parts of your data — but only with your consent. You're always in control of what's shared.
There are two main categories of data visibility:
Organisation admins can only view this data in read-only mode. They cannot edit your properties, change your settings, or make any modifications to your account.
PropZy uses an explicit consent model for data visibility. When you accept an organisation invitation, you're asked to review and confirm what data you're comfortable sharing. You can:
You can change your consent settings at any time from your account settings. Changes take effect immediately.
Beyond the overall portfolio visibility toggle, you can control visibility at the individual property level. This means you can choose to share some properties with your organisation while keeping others private.
Go to the property you want to adjust.
Open the property settings or visibility options.
Toggle the organisation visibility on or off for that property.
Properties that are hidden from the organisation won't appear in the admin's client portfolio view. The organisation won't know how many properties you've hidden — they only see what you've chosen to share.
You can update your visibility settings at any time:
All changes take effect immediately. If you revoke visibility, the organisation loses access to that data straight away.
