How to accept an organisation invitation — whether you're new to PropZy or an existing user.
When a buyers agency or property advisory firm invites you to join their organisation in PropZy, you'll receive an email with the organisation's name and a link to accept. You can also see pending invitations when you log in to PropZy.
Accepting an invitation is optional — you can decline or ignore it if you prefer not to join the organisation.
If you don't have a PropZy account yet, the invitation email will guide you through creating one:
Click the invitation link in the email.
You'll be taken to the PropZy sign-up page with the invitation pre-loaded. Create your account using email or Google OAuth (see Signing Up).
After completing registration, the invitation is automatically accepted.
You'll start on the Free plan, and your account will be linked to the organisation from the start.
If you already have a PropZy account, you can accept the invitation in two ways:
Once you accept an invitation, your account is linked to the organisation. You can then configure your consent and visibility settings to control what data the organisation can see.
Your day-to-day use of PropZy doesn't change — you still have full control over your account, properties, and financial data.
