Track your properties, manage expenses, and grow your portfolio with PropZy.
Create your PropZy account in under a minute using email or Google OAuth.
Go to the PropZy sign-up page and select Sign up with email.
Enter your email address and choose a secure password.
Check your inbox for a verification email and confirm your address.
Once verified, log in and you'll be taken straight to the onboarding wizard.
Your password must meet standard security requirements — at least 8 characters with a mix of upper and lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols.
Prefer a faster sign-up? You can create your account using your existing Google account:
On the sign-up page, select Continue with Google.
Choose your Google account or sign in to Google if prompted.
Grant PropZy permission to access your basic profile information (name and email).
You'll be signed in immediately — no email verification needed.
Google OAuth uses your Google account for authentication only. PropZy does not access your Google Drive, contacts, or any other Google services.
New accounts start on the Free plan with full access to all features including AI. You can upgrade to Plus or Ultra at any time to manage more properties.
PropZy uses AWS Cognito for secure authentication. Your credentials are encrypted and never stored in plain text. For more details on session management and security features, see the Security documentation.
