Manage per-client subscriptions through a single billing account powered by Stripe.
Organisation billing is separate from individual user billing. As an org admin, you manage a single billing account that covers all of your clients' subscriptions. This means your clients don't need to set up their own payment methods — their access is managed through your organisation.
All payment processing is handled securely through Stripe. For general information about PropZy's subscription plans, see the Billing & Subscriptions section.
Organisation billing uses a per-client pricing model. You're billed based on the number of active clients in your organisation. The per-client rate depends on the subscription plan you've chosen for your clients during organisation setup.
As clients join or leave your organisation, your billing adjusts automatically. You only pay for active clients — pending invitations and deactivated clients are not billed.
Organisation invoices are generated monthly and include a breakdown of charges per client. You can view your invoice history and download invoices from the Stripe customer portal.
Payment is processed automatically using the payment method on file. If a payment fails, you'll receive a notification and can update your payment details through the Stripe portal.
The Stripe customer portal gives you self-service access to manage your organisation's billing. From the portal, you can:
