Add additional administrators to your organisation to share the management workload.
You can add additional administrators to your organisation to help manage clients, billing, and settings. Each admin has the same level of access to the organisation management tools, so you can share the workload across your team.
Go to the admin management section of your organisation dashboard.
Click Add Admin.
Enter the email address of the person you want to add.
Send the invitation.
The new admin will receive an email invitation. Once they accept, they'll have full access to the organisation management dashboard including client management, billing, and branding settings.
All organisation administrators have the same capabilities:
There is no distinction between the original creator and additional admins — all admins share equal access.
To remove an administrator, select their entry in the admin list and choose Remove. The removed admin will lose access to the organisation management dashboard immediately but will retain their personal PropZy account.
An organisation must always have at least one administrator. You cannot remove the last remaining admin.
