Understand the deactivation process and its impact on your clients.
If you need to wind down your organisation in PropZy, you can deactivate it from the organisation management dashboard. Deactivation is a significant action that affects all clients in your organisation, so it's important to understand the process and its impact before proceeding.
Go to the organisation settings in your management dashboard.
Click Deactivate Organisation.
Review the impact summary showing how many clients will be affected.
Confirm the deactivation.
Deactivation does not happen instantly. There is a grace period during which clients are notified and given time to adjust. During this period, you can still cancel the deactivation if you change your mind.
When your organisation is deactivated, the following happens to your clients:
Clients do not lose any of their property data, expenses, or documents. Their PropZy accounts continue to function independently — they simply lose the organisation relationship.

If you deactivate your organisation and later decide to resume, you may be able to reactivate it. Contact PropZy support to discuss reactivation options. Note that previous client relationships will need to be re-established through new invitations.
