Submit a support ticket directly from the PropZy app — attach files, track status, and get help fast.
The fastest way to get help is by submitting a support ticket directly from the PropZy app:
Open the PropZy app and navigate to Settings → Support.
Select New Ticket.
Choose a category that best describes your issue (e.g., billing, technical, feature request).
Enter a subject line and describe your issue in detail.
Optionally attach files for additional context.
Submit the ticket.
You'll receive a confirmation that your ticket has been submitted. The PropZy team will review your request and respond as soon as possible.

Attachments are uploaded securely and are only visible to you and the PropZy support team.
After submitting a ticket, you can track its status from Settings → Support:
You'll receive a notification when the status of your ticket changes. You can also add follow-up messages to an existing ticket if you have additional information to share.
