Delete Your Account

Request permanent deletion of your PropZy account and all associated data.

Your Rights

Under the Australian Privacy Act 1988 (APP 13), you have the right to request deletion of your personal information held by PropZy.

Processing Time

We will process your request within 30 days, as required by the Australian Privacy Act. You will receive a confirmation email once deletion is complete.

What Gets Deleted

All your data including properties, expenses, receipts, AI chat history, notification preferences, and subscription records will be permanently removed.

Option 1: Delete from within the app

If you can still access your account, the fastest way to delete it is from within the app:

  1. Log in to PropZy at propzy.com.au/app
  2. Go to Settings
  3. Scroll to the "Delete Account" section
  4. Confirm deletion — your account and all data will be permanently removed

Option 2: Request deletion via this form

If you cannot access your account, submit a deletion request below. We will verify your identity and process the request within 30 days.
